Why: not knowing this mistake means missing an opportunity.
What: The second biggest mistake is believing treasures are only for pirates. win-lose. The org has to lose so the pirate can win.
But the truth is, both sides have the same goal, the same treasure
in fact, everybody has this goal. We all are pirates insofar as we want to uncover treasures.
